Who should book the ACNE CONTROL TREATMENT?

Our Acne Control Treatment is designed to tackle acne at any stage. While we can’t always control the underlying factors at play behind the cause of acne, we can treat it and prevent future occurrences. This treatment is designed to clear congestion, purify the skin, strengthen the skin barrier, and calm and sooth inflammation and redness. 

Those looking to get their acne under control will benefit most from a series of treatments in close proximity (weekly) for a period of time, followed by a maintenance routine. We will also recommend an at-home regimen to continue the benefits of the treatments daily and for prevention of future breakouts. 

We have seen exceptional results in those experiencing hormonal acne, which is often difficult to treat without the help of a professional. 

What to expect

This treatment begins first with a calming facial, focusing on keeping the skin inflammation down while gently cleansing and exfoliating. A low grade peel is then applied to sanitize the skin, clear congestion, improve skin texture, and stimulate the skin’s natural healing response. Nourishing products rich in key vitamins and antioxidants are then applied, followed by a pH balancing mask. 

You can expect to leave with reduced inflammation and perhaps even a reduction in the visibility of some blemishes; however, results will continue to develop over the days and weeks that follow, particularly when conducting a series of treatments and following the prescribed at-home regimen.  

Can I upgrade or include add-ons?

Of course! You can add any of our facial add-ons to focus on key areas utilizing our non-invasive DF Technology (Ultrasound + Galvanic Current) to drive medical grade products down the cellular level, substantially increasing their efficacy. You can also upgrade to a Collagen Induction Therapy Treatment, known for aiding in the treatment of chronic acne and reducing the visibility of acne scars and pigmentation. Depending on the current stage of your acne, it may be advised to get the active acne under control prior to microneedling. At the time of your appointment, we will perform a consultation to determine if this is necessary.
