Spa Policies

All Services are entered into on a voluntary basis with the understanding that actual results may vary. While it is our professional goal to achieve the best outcomes for every client, results are not guaranteed and are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

All Products are guaranteed and can be returned for store credit or a replacement product of equal value within 14 days of purchase.

No Show Fee of $50 for every 30 minutes scheduled will be charged for missed appointments or appointments canceled without 24 hours’ notice.

A new Patient Deposit of $50 will be required prior to scheduling for all new patients. Deposits are nonrefundable and will be applied to any products, services, or consultations at time of appointment. Deposits are subject to our No-Show Fee.

Pre-Pays & Gift Certificates expire 1 year from date of purchase.

Services & Pre-payments can only be transferred or gifted to another patient’s account at the time of purchase. Services cannot be transferred after the time of purchase.

Bundles & Packages are non-transferable.

No Children Policy – Due to the use of sharp instruments and fragile equipment, other numerous safety concerns, and overall maintenance of atmosphere, we ask that you make alternative childcare arrangements for children 12 and under during your visits to our facility.
